NMR Profiling
This analytical tool has established an unequaled power to cover a wide range of integrity investigation for foods and drinks. It uses 1H and/or 13C Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) to establish highly reproducible and highly resolved spectral fingerprints.

→ Liquid samples are diluted in a buffer to adust pH
→ Solid samples are infused in a solvent
→ Hundreds to thousands of reference samples are used to establish multivatiate statistical models
→ Quantification of key-components is also feasible within the same experiment
→ The outcome is an interpretation report, including an expert conclusion regarding the integrity of the product
